It's been approx 2 months since I stopped using daily & ive found I'm able to fall asleep relatively easily (mostly) & usually get approx 6 hours or more sleep but it's broken constantly by these dreams, like I'm waking up at the end of every sleep cycle & im waking earlier. I should call him I suppose but I don't want to bother him, stupid reason probably but because I'm feeling mostly well I just don't want him to see me as overly anxious & so not take me seriously when I'm really not well.
