Hey. Yeah, I thought (from what you had said) that it was you who was pushing... What I was trying to do is get you to maybe have a little think about whether it is helpful for you to push in those ways, or whether you might be helped a whole lot more by easing up on yourself a little.
Maybe... Instead of thinking about what therapy 'should' be like or what therapy is 'supposed' to be like or what your therapist would like therapy to be like... Just go along and see what you feel like talking about.

Can you talk to him about that? It might be that you think he has an expectation that actually... He doesn't.
