Hey Everyone,
Thanks for the encouragement!
I'm not entirely sure how it went. I think I did a lot of things well in the interview, and I definitely have some good qualifications for this position, but there was also room for improvement. I was very nervous and I think it showed. (Which I'm kinda ticked off about. When I first started therapy, my nervousness NEVER showed. I think it shows more now because I'm becoming more authentic emotionally. I gotta figure out how to rein that in! Grrr!

) Generally I do really well in job interviews, so I wasn't thrilled about this. But I don't think I did "badly" either. So, we'll see.
I did get the impression that they thought my age might be a little problematic because the job role is sort a parent figure to the clients, and I'm younger than all of them- some by almost 40 years. But I did my best to make my case, and that's the best you can do!
I won't find out for a while. They're pretty slow about things. They advertised this job with job service a month ago and just barely started interviews! They wanted to get a large applicant pool to narrow down. They narrowed it down from the resumes and conducted 15 interviews yesterday. They're going to select 2-3 from that group, and those people will have another interview with someone else who will choose the final person for the job.
So right now it's that "fun" waiting time! lol!
Thanks again for the support and encouragment! I love you people!
