Who says you have to choose at this time?? If neither one hits you as "the one" then why put all of you into a position of hurt, jealousy and possibly loosing both of them as friends?

How about continuing your friendships and wait and see what happens? There is nothing that says you have to make any kind of decision right now because I get the impression you are not really ready to do so. There is lots of time to figure things out like how you feel about either one. Give yourself and them the time to do that
