I am in a bit of a pickle right now, I have always had random fear about stuff (I.e something behind the shower curtain or in the mirror) but it's my been a minor nuisence up til now. I work the nightshift and have been having fears of people watching me or that something is going to attack me, I have actually ran out of the men's locker room due to this fear, and I dread having to take the trash out. It doesn't help that I see stuff out of the corner of my eyes and start to overthink.
Is there an easy way to get over this, how can I stop overthinking about these thing so that I can work.
