When I was on Effexor I would notice right away if I missed a dose because I would feel awful. Worst withdrawal out of all the meds I've been on. Brain zaps, nausea, dizziness...it was bad. It took me a long time to come off of that med. other meds I haven't noticed much.

I'm having trouble being consistent with the emsam now. I notice after a week or so of messing up that I will have a depressed/anxious day or two, and then I will resolve to be more consistent and remember to put the patch on like I'm supposed to.
