I went to a class the other night called out with the bad in with the good. One of the things she said stuck with me.

THOUGHTS -create- FEELS -create- ACTIONS -create- RESULTS -create- THOUGHTS...

You will always be in that loop but by getting rid of the negative in the loop allows you to move forward. She also said that there were 3 types of goals.
1. things you have done before and know how to do
2. things you things you think you can do
3. what you really want. This one has to something you want that will motivate you to get out of your "comfort zone" and go for it even if you don't have any idea how to go for it.

Oh and she said that we have to deal with the fact that when you fall you get back up and keep going even it would be nicer to crawl back to the "comfort zone". It's only a fail if you quit

Has me seriously rethinking my life and where I'm going.
