I too have been stable for a few weeks now. It will take a few months or up to a year to really know if I m stable. So far I haven't had to take any prns either. I have been taking memantine hcl off label along with my seroquel n I m doing well on it when nothing else has really worked. I m a rapid cycler but will see as time goes by.
