I keep all my flours/grains in containers, too... but at the moment I have more grains than I have containers, which complicates things. I don't have any more room for containers, either.

I am not sure what I can do. The primary problem is that there is too much stuff in too small an area. I am trying to do more baking and need to stop going to grocery stores for a while and just use up what I have...
