Yes, I certainly do try to play some challenging games. It may help some, but I'm not sure.
How effective are things like vitamins? I always hear countless sources hawking vitamins and the like, but I rarely see follow-ups on the validity of some of these claims. I'm enough of a skeptic to where I've seen all the various debunkings of many purported memory claims and so I approach so-called memory boosters cautiously.
