I managed to get up at 630. I'm at Starbucks. I am not out of prn nobody will prescribe me benzos. All i can use is benadryl but that's a trigger because I tried melatonin which kinda helped. I was up every 2 hours though.

I asked a friend to come get me and my son si we have something to do today. We are carless. She hasn't responded. It'll be a miracle if she agrees.
