Other people will have more experience with that forum. Whatever the diagnosis the priority is for you and your team is to find the treatment, most likely therapy and meds, that best treats your symptoms for you. Hopefully, if you go IP they can expedite finding what works. Hope things go well with Pdoc Monday.
