So I have two T's right now. One is my normal psychologist who I have been seeing for 1 1/2 years now, the other is the trauma T I started last week. She is away for this week, and wanted me to see my regular T this week while she was away. So after my session last week with the new T, I called my old T about setting a appt this week while she is away. She said she was going to touch base with my old T and let him know how the session went and that she wanted me to see him this week. Well him and I decided that because he emails and calls almost everyday we are in enough contact with each other that a set session wasn't necessary.

Then Friday I had a rough day, called him he called back and we talked for quite awhile on the phone, Saturday I get a email from him saying that I could come in everyday this week for 20 minute sessions for relaxation and to talk. He wouldn't charge me for them!!! Ok, so I said yes, I can use them, and they help alot. But my question is this!!!

Why? Should I be reading into this? Would you read into this? I know the new T and I had a very intense session and my suicide thoughts were there, no matter how hard I tried to not let them come to the surface, they managed to at one point break through and I had a mild melt down in front of her. Is this the change of mind in my old T???? Should I just go with it and not question it??? What would do you think??
