I get this way sometimes, it kinda varies.
It sounds like you could possibly have PMDD. I know I've read for certain people who already take meds, having their doc up their dose for about a week before their period helps, but it probably depends on the med. I notice your signature says you experience gender dysphoria. I hope it's not too intrusive to ask, but do you think it could be partly related to that for you? If so, maybe therapy could help with that aspect of it.
