Anxiety makes me very ill, for sure. And I get super exhausted on top of that. I slept for 15 hours yesterday. It really wears me out! During these long days a thought I like to keep in my head is " All these physical ailments hurt, but my anxiety hurts most of all, and i can control this.I need to reduce it now. " It helps me to stay mindful.
Chamomile tea, lavender scented stuff, hot showers, exercise and rest when you need it, they are other favourite strategies of mine. don't let yourself fall down the rabbit hole! . Good Luck.
