And I want to take an improv class, even though again, I am so shy about stuff like that and too scared to even try.

But yeah, I felt very lonely and isolated today even though my family (mom and dad) was around. I still feel this way, but it helps to talk about it.

Tomorrow, I'm going to my meditation group, and to church, even though i don't feel like it. This is why I think I'm depressed. Because I don't feel like doing the stuff I know could help. But i will try. I know it's harder for people like me, to get out, because of depression. But I won't give up. Perhaps I can talk to my psych nurse about medication change.
Not giving up is key! I don't know what cosplay is but I never thought in a million years it would be something I'd do! A local Con came to town and I made a friend who introduced me to the world of costumed craziness!

Long story short, joining a group activity you enjoy helps fight loneliness more than you can imagine! Stay strong and keep at it!
