Lime I said this is totally shocking to our system. What would be the best way to handle and approach this situation? Why would a child do this? This can't be something that a healthy child would do. Any way any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated on this matter. We just discovered the video in her phone last night and we want to handle this in a positive, healthy matter. We don't want to over react but we don't want to underrated eother. Thanks

children and teens learn /experiment with french kissing in may different ways some kiss a mirror others their pillows/ toys/ some their pets, and some get really bold and play spin the bottle with their friends. some even do so because they were dared, double dared, triple dared by by their friends to french kiss something or someone they wouldnt normally do so and video tape it for proof. my point.. yea it may sound offensive to some but some things like french kissing ones pets and video taping it is sometimes completely normal...
since you are not the parents Im wondering why you were going through this childs cell phone. in some locations doing this with out the parents permission is called a cyber crime.
my suggestion if you feel this is not in normal exploration and such then tell the parents and let them deal with this. since you are not the parent theres nothing else for you to do other than maybe not going through this childs cell
