And I want to take an improv class, even though again, I am so shy about stuff like that and too scared to even try.

But yeah, I felt very lonely and isolated today even though my family (mom and dad) was around. I still feel this way, but it helps to talk about it.

Tomorrow, I'm going to my meditation group, and to church, even though i don't feel like it. This is why I think I'm depressed. Because I don't feel like doing the stuff I know could help. But i will try. I know it's harder for people like me, to get out, because of depression. But I won't give up. Perhaps I can talk to my psych nurse about medication change.[/quot]
Hi,
The best antidote to loneliness is interest! Try to find a hoby or job that you really enjoy doing.
When I fill lonely, I usually find something to do. It can be completly useless piece of work or art; something you don't need any advice or learning to do.
Boredom is the most frequent cause of loneliness. Anything that brakes the monotony contains mental energy.
