I'm sitting at Panera and I suddenly feel anxious. I have no idea why. Maybe my car will cost a lot to be fixed? Dunno. It just came over me in the restroom of all places! No anti anxiety meds. I hope I can sleep tonight. I already took a nap- which was very nice I must say! I think I'll fall asleep to my tunes tonight. Daughter is at her boyfriend's and I still have to pick her up. Anxiety go away!
