Yes I did- my daughter is staying at her boyfriend's plce tonight.

Jumping- sounds like me manic. I'm going to do what I did last night: surf the web on my phone while listening to my new CD player in bed after I take melatonin. Only thing at bedtime that calms me. Just took my night meds. Yay me! Gotta get up early which is part of the anxiety.
