I will be attending a business event and I'm 99% sure my ex-T. will be there. I haven't seen her in over 6 months and she terminated me over a year ago.
I now understand she was horrible for me and didn't know how to help me. I have gone back and forth between wanting to send a letter describing what I now realize happened in my therapy and trying to set up a meeting in person to also hear her views now that I'm out of that mindset. I couldn't talk very well with her so part of me wants to finally voice what was happening with me.

I'm extremely anxious to see how it goes. If she's cold and distant, I will probably just send a letter. If she is more open, I may ask if she'll consider meeting with me to discuss my insights.
Just wanted to share. It will be difficult and I'm sure unexpected feelings will surface.
