I've been on a weight loss plateau for MONTHS. Clothes though have fit better and I know I've been eating well. I'm within 10 pounds of my goal weight and I decided to get back to the gym to kick start things again. I used to be a runner (5 to 10ks, and even a half) but I haven't run at all for almost a year. This morning a did a walk/ jog for 30 minutes for 2 miles.
I'm going to try to go MWF. Anybody else starting back at the gym? Maybe we can check to hold ourselves accountable
