Sorry y'all are hurting so badly

Got thru thanksgiving x2, driving through some pretty heavy rain and standing water on the freeway, across state lines @_@ gnarly, dude! Surf's up!

Meet *another* new therapist tomorrow. How many times have I said that now? 20? I've lost track.
A coughing fit woke me over an hour ago and I can't get back to sleep. It's 4:18am.
Part of my mind went back to post op 3 years ago and worrying about my upcoming surgery Jan 18.
Woah, I just realized the "growling" sound I often hear is my neighbor snoring
These long dark nights are hitting me harder than usual- maybe because I'm upstairs now and can see the dark? Downstairs I couldn't see anything beyond the fence so I was more active.
It's been dark 12 hours now and we have another 4 to go... (ish)
I should do something... Either get up or take an Ativan to try for more sleep. Man he snores loud!!! Unreal.
