I am so sorry! Being triggered unexpectedly is a massive shock to the system. Keep posting here if it helps. You are not alone. This happened to me Sat night and I am still recovering. I luckily had a friend who kept in contact with me till I was safe. It is totally PTSD, and very serious. Are you safe?
