I didn't realize they have a subscription cost. So, instead of using them, here are a few job sites with telecommuting/work from home jobs that don't appear to have a subscription to apply:
Jobs, Employment in Remote | Indeed.com
Remote Jobs | Working Nomads
Find telecommuting jobs and remote jobs | SkipTheDrive
Another idea is to check with local businesses in your area. Since you are in a rural area, find out what companies are in your region and contact them. When I was unemployed, I emailed several small companies in my area and one emailed me back and I got a job with them. It wasn't working from home, but it was a short distance from my home.
