Sounds like you are saying the right things and anything deeper she would probably benefit from working out with a therapist. If she would like to lose weight, everyone knows good nutrition and working out. But here are some other tangible things that I've seen make women feel sexy and therefore more comfortable - flattering clothes, lingerie, spa treatments (mani pedi, bikini wax, etc), new hairstyle, exercise classes (yoga, Pilates, pole dancing, etc), detoxes/fasts/gut cleansing, and photo shoots (boudoir especially- a great photographer can make any woman see her own beauty.) I used to work in the beauty industry.
