Struggling with the same thing. I've never worked so hard to lose wait. I've gained 15 pounds since I started taking it this spring. In the last 28 days, I've lost 4 pounds with Loseit at 1800 calories and a pedometer at between 10-15k steps a day plus swimming 3 times a week. The diet is also specific. Carbs with one meal. High lean protein between meals. Lots of fruits and veggies.
It's just hard, but what it comes down to is that this medicine has helped me significantly. And no matter my weight, I'm am improving my health all around. Weight is not the only measurement to consider.
