Well, tonight (or this morning actually), I know no med will help. I feel like I'm wired and there is no way it will work............grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. These episodes have to stop, somehow.

I don't want to take the Trazadone nightly, since Sept. I've been careful because I know how I am. Plus I don't want to get too dependent on them for sleeping. But tonight I wish something would work.
