Hi Elio and thanks for putting your conundrum out there. I have thought about what you've said and have to agree with you. I mean about getting rid of it all at the same time.

I know from someone who was very close to me, that having ''top'' surgery was liberating, but it was also a major operation. I know everybody's different, but it took my husband (FTM) a while to get over. However, in saying that he told me it was the best thing he could have done, saved all that binding etc. I'm also wondering if your Dr/Consultant/surgeon has confirmed you can have all surgery in one go.

Ultimately it's totally your decision and if you are able to go ahead with having everything gone, then good on you. I believe we only get one shot at life, so it's too short to have overwhelming regrets, follow your heart hun.
