I swear I can't function in an office setting no matter what. I just get so antsy!
I don't think it always has to do with BP per se, but maybe ADHD because I can't sit still for the life of me! (I'm restless, have racing thoughts, have the need to walk around, etc). Though when I'm depressed, I get PISSED and want nothing to do with working. And when manic, I just "have so many things to do with so little time", which makes me completely uninterested in work. So no matter what, I just don't function in ANY office setting. It makes it difficult to work in the office vs working from home.
I'm wondering if there are any settings which you can't function in no matter what. Maybe your lack of function is due to pure anxiety and nothing else, or maybe it's something like a combo of BP and something else.
