It is a life changing thing. If you are gonna do it you need to have a very good support system in place. I'm glad that I do. Sometimes my family doesn't understand but that's their problem not mine. Like last year when I didn't eat any turkey at Thanksgiving. I had learned my lesson the night before when I had made a small meal for my parents who were going out of town on Thanksgiving.

I do eat chocolate but not in huge quantities. I get the take and bake cookies and bake one at a time or two. They make a good sugar free cookie that you can do that too also. There are some sf (sugar free) stuff I hate like pancake syrup its just nasty and things like that. I figure if I'm gonna splurge its gonna be on the real stuff kwim?

Looking back on my journey the last few years I'd do it again in a heartbeat staph and hernia again too.
