Im by no means experienced in this kind of thing all i am experienced with is that i have gone through psychosis and can shed some light on that. These dilusions he is having do sound psychotic to me all i can think is that he has had a bad reaction to whatever were in those cigarettes. I dont anything about these cigarettes you are talkin about but I know some people with some drugs they can have psycotic side effects from even the 1st time they try a drug i know with me it only took a small number of times of trying methamphetamine before i developed my psychosis. Maybe getting him to see a psyc would be a good idea or look in your phone directory for mental heath support centers and talk to them about it before he gets back. Maybe someone from there may be able to even come out and meet with you and him. I live in australia and we have a service here which offers this but i dont know of any outside melbourne australia. But definatly try and get in contact with a mental health support center somewhere in your area and talk to them about it and see if a case worker can come out and meet with both of you. This is about the only advise i can really give you maybe some of the other users of this forum would be able to provide a better answer. Hopefully this is of some help to you.
