Sorry it is so bad for you.

Thanks Bizi.
The staff have been helping me with PTSD issues and I am making progress. Last night I just hit a major trigger. I almost ran away from the hospital but instead told staff and talked for a long time, was given meds then watched. It did help to talk. I am just frustrated as I want to be stable enough to go home but clearly am not. I guess this last month in here I have processed a lot of trauma so progress has been made. It is just painful slow.
