mirtazapine is used to boost other meds mainly SSRI but not to high SEROTONIN SYNDROME can rear its head with 2 SSRI my med is 30mg mirtazapine and 100mg sertraline generic , but I myself came down to 50mg sertraline , i was getting wired and it scared me i have had serotonin syndrome and you can die
