Either Latuda or Lamictal seem to have removed my dependence on coffee. I've been a strong coffee drinker for decades, the more the better. Like Wander, 5-6 cups/day is normal. Could be as much as 10.

Prior to about a year ago, I depended on coffee to get me up in the morning, give me a little buzz, and I'd go on my way. Something happened though, and I no longer get off on my first cup of the day. Or the second. Or the third, etc.

I blamed it on Depakote and the hangover/slow/stupid person that made me. However, a few months ago I went off the Depakote and the result is the same. It also doesn't seem to matter if I miss my morning joe or if I have it later in the day. I can tell no difference.

I'm afraid to say it, but I may be immune to coffee these days.
