Plenty worried, the new doc didn't renew my scrip for Ambien which I've been on for almost three years. I take two 10mg pills a night....down to zero. My meds work as they are and for me sleep is the foundation of my stability....not now, not at Christmas time when I have to mingle. Last night I had one, tonight one then zero. I take Ambien, Benadryl and melatonin to get me to sleep. For as long as I can remember I have trouble sleeping. This med cocktail is the first one I've had without major side effects and is still effective. Already the noise in my head. Augh.
