Artchic, think about how creative you are, how artistically inclined you are. You can be creative in your own mind, and this also is something you do in your dreamstate. Now, keep in mind that when you are exposed to visuals and stories that say "here are these aliens, here is what they look like, they invade you this way", you are more apt to store these messages and images deep in your mind with surprising detail.
Now, if something traumatic or upsetting happens to us, we are designed to take what we have already in our minds and look for a way to store the experience, explain it, and file it in a way that we can through whatever we have in our mind. These dream states can feel SO REAL, but while we are experiencing this the rest of our body is in sleep paralysis. Although some people do talk in their sleep and some even sleep walk.
It is only natural that if you are exposed to a story that includes visuals that also sends a message of "fear this" or "these can be dangerous", that your mind would use this to reason out how you could store what you actually experienced and file it.
Artchic, if you consider human history on an subjective even artistic level, we have always been so incredibly creative and in that created "pictures" and "visuals" that we could tap onto in our brains as a way of helping us "reason" our life challenges. In fact, human beings have long had "illusions of granduer". It's not evil to have this quality.
The problem with "following" an ideology or religion is that while it brings a sense of reason and structure and predictablity, it can "limit". Words can be given bad meanings, and people can be trained to believe a word is something bad, but that's just something encouraged, it doesn't have to actually be something harmful or bad for example. Human beings can be encouraged to believe that one is only "worthy" if they happen to have a big home, when in reality, people don't have to believe the "big" is better. Actually, there is a rather new movement called "tiny house living" and because it is slowly being encouraged as "this is a good idea, it's cool", more people are trying it and EXPLORING the idea.
So, take a step back and reconsider this "I have been experimented on by aliens", because that more than likely comes from stories and pictures that you took in and used in your own mind to explain and reason. This is nothing new in human nature. But what is important is to recognize that so you don't train yourself to believe it to the point of madness. This too is something one can actually see when they look at human history objectively.
