Hanging in here, crying a lot but also feeling relieved. Staying away from all kinds of substances makes me feel like I can finally perceive my own feelings again. Feeling less depersonalized. Finally have some hope again that things will get better and that I have the strength to face what's coming. Feeling utterly lonely anyway.
