It has been ages since I have come here to the forum. But I really need support. I am totally floundering in dark emotions. Typical this time of year. Often been in hospital hereabouts or in deep trouble of mixed episode. Have lost old supports. Most of them. In a bad place. Can't do my art. Can't even write. Reading is tricky. Exercise hard to do. Need to shower. House a mess. Very alone though husband tries to be kind and is a great help. But my head is just a sad business. Don't know what to do with it. Took all medicine e I can. Why does the time of year crack my stability, my JOY?
