Thanks for the support and encouragement htoun. I'll be able to afford to buy a scale in a couple of weeks, until then I'm just going to focus on eating healthy.
When I read what you wrote about your thyroid Dr. my thought was WOW this guy really needs to retire. Hope you can get a new thyroid Dr. through your GP.
