Ever since I started meds 1 year ago, I've found myself going in and out of "autodrive". Basically, I'll be doing a task without realizing that I'm doing it, or I'll be doing a task without realizing what's actually going on

This very thing just happened to me as I was driving to the pharmacy to pick up some emergency meds that I ran out of. I was driving without realizing I was actually driving. Then it hit me and I was about to shiit my pants because the entire time I was in lala land not even paying attention.

Can anyone else relate?

I feel like all these meds have fuked with me pretty badly
