Today I had a nightmare about my grandmother who died a week ago, in this dream people were trying to make me feel guilty saying how painful her death was, screaming at me etc. There was an atmosphere of horror. I woke up with a panic attack.

Then there was a dream about my mother who showed me a love letter from a man who wanted to run away with her and she was acting like it's nothing, with a smile. Then she left the town. And there was my father, I suppose, or some other man who was taking the revenge on me, torturing me and trying to hurt me. I was in a flat and wanted to run away.
