I have had homicidal thoughts before and they can be terrifying. What is best to know is that acting out on any of these thoughts will only lead to suffering, your suffering. However, having these thoughts is perfectly normal so you are not some freak for thinking these things. Keep posting here if it helps. We care about you. I am glad you are seeing your T soon. Be totally open and hopefully you can find a way to feel better about this.
