It sounds like right now your anxiety is in control. However, it doesn't have to stay that way. Do you have psychiatrist? A therapist? If so, maybe the doctor could give you something for the anxiety or you could work out a plan with a therapist. I do know that worrying about can make it worse. Try to do deep breathing exercises when you are feeling anxious. It really helps me when I'm anxious. Good luck.
