Was your anxiety extra bad and so you took more? If this is the case I see no reason why you can't tell your doctor what happened. They shouldn't punish you for being sick and needing relief. Unless you have made some deal to only take a certain amount but even then....I'm sure you didn't take the pills for fun right? (((Hugs)))
