Ten days is a long time to go without if you have been consistently taking a dose, especially if it's a higher dose than prescribed. Benzo withdrawal can cause seizures. I ration mine, and abuse it on occasion, but am careful not to go over four or five days without taking it or I will be climbing the wall.
If I were you, I would white knuckle it for as long as I can and if you can't make it you will have to fess up to your doctor, and you could be flagged as a substance abuser; but the alternative could be worse.
Do you have any left? If you do just cut them up and take just a little each day until your refill. If that's the case you're golden, but expect to be uncomfortable.
