I'm so excited because I got to see my pdoc today and tell him everything is ok!

No self harm
Anxiety high but I'm managing without taking Ativan prn
No hallucinations
No suicidal thought
No mood swings
A little anger but nothing extreme

I also got to tel him I'm volunteering!

It's been a LONG time since I have had a pdoc visit where I could report such things!!!!
