I use two different pillboxes. Each has 7 trays with 4 compartments each, 28 compartments in each pillbox. I take my meds twice a day, so each box holds two weeks worth of meds. I get all my meds at the first of the month and fill up both pillboxes at once, 28 days of meds filled all at once! I'd never be able to keep track otherwise.
