
Agree that the need for ADHD medication is a possibility. Also suggest that you just "force yourself" for a while. Example: when I get totally out of shape, I do not enjoy working out when I resume my fitness routine. However, if I force myself for a while, once I become more fit again, my workouts start becoming more enjoyable. It's like you have to train your muscles or something. This includes the brain; mind over matter I always say to myself. I also find coffee to be a great motivator when it comes to matters like studying or work.
