I have my medications blister/bubble packed by the pharmacy. Here in Canada it is a service free of charge. It is easy for me to glance at the card and see if I have or have not already taken my medication. I avoid accidentally taking two doses of medications as a result. I also can avoid the chore of organizing all my pills myself; for which I used to make mistakes.
